Signing up/cost
Deadline to sign up for this 50-person event is June 1, 2025 at a cost of $75 for members and guests paying by check. $79 for members and guests paying by credit card.
RWS has rented a bus, tents and a private space around the polo field. Please bring a chair and a picnic lunch. There will be food trucks as well. You’ll be greeted with a glass of sparkling King Family wine, then other King Family wines will be available for sale. (No outside alcohol is allowed). The bus will pick us up at Rockville/Manakin Park and Ride Exit 173 off Interstate 64 at 10 a.m. We planned to be back at the park and ride no later than 4 p.m.
****In case of rain, KFV will cancel Polo match. We will proceed and visit other wineries that day to be determined****.

Online Registration: Please use this registration method whether paying by check or online; this will ensure you have a place on the attendee list).
Payment: Payment can be by check (see instructions below) or by credit card through PayPal on our website.
Paying by check: Please register online, then mail the form below to Debbie Niemeier, 12272 North Crossing Drive, Manakin-Sabot, Va 23103. Make checks payable to Richmond Wine Society.
Deadline: Registration must be completed by June 1, 2025. No refunds after this date unless a wait list has been established.

Paying by check: Please register online, check the box next to “if making payment by check”, then click "Register". This will send your names to the event director. You will automatically be moved to the Payment page and can just exit the website at that point. Then mail the form (Click HERE to access the payment form).
Payment by Credit Card using PayPal - You do not need to have a PayPal account. A processing fee is built into the online ticket price. If you do have a PayPal account, you may use it or check out as a Guest. On the Payment page, click on the pricing menu and select the appropriate number of member and guest reservations. Click the "Buy Now" button. This will take you to the PayPal website:
a. If you have a PayPal account, log in and pay. If you don't have a PayPal account, go to the bottom
of the page, click on the line that says, "Pay with Debit or With Credit Card". This will take you to the fully
secure payment page and allow you to check out as a Guest.
b. On the payment page, you will need to fill in the required information and click the “Pay Now” button. A
receipt for your payment will automatically be sent to the email address you list on the registration.
